            I think we have a very nice package of trips for the coming ski season.  You will notice a couple of differences.  First, we are not going to do any trips in December.  The pricing for early season trips is not much less, than mid-season trips, so we have decided to offer the Europe trip in January; Winter Park in February; and the seasons closer to Schweitzer Basin in Idaho in March.  By doing so, we feel that snow conditions will be much better than a December crap shoot.

 

 Our European trip this year is to Zell am See, in Austria with an optional extension to the seaside resort city of Opatija, Croatia on the Adriatic coast.  Once again, the Euro seems to be cooperating and, the cost of this year’s trip is going to be lower than last years, however, trip sizes will remain the same as last year.  Each domestic trip this year has 25 spaces and the Europe trip has 40 spaces available.  Take a look inside for the full details of the trips. 

 

Please keep in mind that our pricing is based on a group of specific numbers.  In many cases, unless we have that number, the advertised cost would increase due to the fact that you no longer have sufficient numbers to constitute group pricing.   As a result, we are going to change our policies to include the provision that unless we have a large enough group to be able to sustain that price, we will either have to charge additional fees to cover the increased costs or cancel the trip and refund your complete deposits. Also, all of our trips will have more in inclusive options for air, transfer, lift tickets and ground costs will be included. And, new for this year on the Europe trip - it will include the cost of your six day ski pass and two meals daily in Opatija.

 

And, please keep in mind that the pricing for hotel rooms are per person with double occupancy. We will try to find you a roommate but if that is not possible, there may be an up charge for a single room supplement.

 

Finally, even if you cannot participate in one of the trips, I encourage you to attend the Happy Hours, parties and other group activities in the future.  I look forward to seeing each and every one of you at our club events and on the ski slopes.
